Product overview
Bellows are used inside BELLOWS GLOBE valves, and stainless steel bellows are welded on the stem to prevent process fluid from eroding the stem. The other end is placed between the valve body and the valve cover to form a static seal. Double sealing design can also avoid leakage if the corrugated pipe fails to fill the valve stem. The corrugated pipe is welded to the valve stem to maintain stable operation performance and avoid the vibration of the valve stem caused by the vibration of the valve plug. Most suitable for steam, flammable, explosive, heat conducting oil, high purity, toxic and other media pipelines.

Product characteristics
1. The bellows are made of 2-6 layers of overlapping stainless steel or Inconel material to prevent valve leakage due to single layer breakage of bellows. The sealing structure of bellows is reasonable in design, fatigue resistance and long service life.
2. The bellows are designed in the inner chamber of the valve cover to avoid direct erosion with the medium and improve the service life of the bellows.
3. Double sealing design (bellows + fillers). The bellows are the main seals and the fillers are the auxiliary seals. If bellows fail, stem packing will also avoid leakage.
4. The lower end of the metal bellows used for stem sealing is welded on the stem, eliminating the leakage of medium through the movement gap of the stem, and the upper end is placed between the valve body and the cover to form a static seal with the gasket.
5. The valve has an inverted sealing structure, and the sealing is reliable.
6. No leakage, no fluid loss, improve equipment safety, provide a clean and safe working environment.
